Great App

Banggood is great for finding those things that you can't seem to find easily in the uk. It's great for most things RC related, rc cars, rc drones or anything else you want really. Delivery is a bit of an issue, a lot of things that ship from USA warehouse won't come to the UK, if that's the case with the item you want change warehouse to china, also beware of the shipping times these can be quite lengthy. I have had a couple items that were in stock when I placed the order, only to get an email a week or so later saying there is no stock available and it is on 'back order' which basically means more delays in receiving items. Customers services are fantastic and are more than willing to help resolve any issues that you may be having once you receive your item. Overall I like the products, I just don't like the waiting. False discount offers to get an install

Seems like banggood app growth team would do anything to get an install. Even if they have to lie. You are bombarded with free discount vouchers worth $100s only redeemable if you download the app. Download the app and none of those vouchers Apply to what you where searching and wanted to buy. You may have this covered in your lengthy t&c that these vouchers may not me personalised and may not be useful but come on don't you see it's cheap trick to get an install. Selling your soul for an install is selling your self very cheaply. Find a better product market fit, hire decent product owners who can make your app indispensable instead of your current PO using weak shoulders of misleading vouchers. When you have your next customer review session do ask yourself a question what if there was a better cleaner honest way to grow the app MAUs, trust me you will find a way. Until then your push opt in rate, churn and conversion targets will remain a distant dream. Uninstalling for now but will check in few months time to see if someone in your exec team woke you up from your dream with in a dream. Happy inception

Excellent Little App

Was a bit dubious at first but placed a small first order. Delivered in super quick time from a uk warehouse and you have the option to spend a few quid to get it tracked or not. So much stuff to choose from everything you can think of. Yeah I’d imagine in some cases the saying you only get what you pay for and at these prices some things will be complete tat but for the few odds and sods it’s dam good. Just check reviews match up to the item you are buying and if you have the option opt to have it sent from there European warehouse as it speeds up delivery and not much to worry about in regards to post getting lost if you paid to have it sent on the tracked Service like I did. I will deffo use again for certain things. If it was a safety item or a critical component for my engine in my car perhaps not.
It is what it is, but it’s deffo worth a look.
