Needs improvement
The BOC app is ok and passable. However, it does need a major improvement or an overhaul. It needs a better looking interface, and the ability to check historical balance/transactions of more than the current 3 months limit.
Can’t log in
Rubbish, can’t even log in. Seems like other people have had this problem from years ago. How come they still haven’t sorted this out?!
So much better
The app is much better than before. Feels like their app development team had listened to users! Now we just need the QWERTY keyboard...
