1 month+ of no mighty secure
I reported a technical problem with my app over a month ago. UOB are very slow responding and still have not worked out the problem. This whole time, I have been unable to use PayNow and the app forgets all my preferences every time. The call center is hopeless because I get passed from one person to another but nobody ever offers a solution - the departments are too siloed. I was told the issue would be fixed today and it has not been fixed…

We would like to check the trouble shooting logs from your app to investigate on this issue. Please check if you are able to access the pre-login page, click on "Support", scroll down and click on "Contact Us" and select "Send trouble logs".
