can’t activate because sign up is disabled
I don’t currently live in Malaysia. I have received the new card to activate after the merger between Citi and UOB and I am forced to make a new account on UOB TMRW MY. But how am I supposed to make an account if you disabled the sign up function? There is no UOB ATM or branch anywhere in my current country of residence which I can go to, to make this activation. Frustrating to use - I would give 0/5 if I could. Product direction and UX is an absolute nightmare

Dear csqmm, Effective 1 October 2023, you will only be able to sign up for your online banking access at our 55 bank branches or at our ATM (after office hours). This is to facilitate verification of your identity to ensure that your banking experience remains safe and secure. For further assistance, email us at uobcustomerservice@uob.com.my. App not compatible with IPhone 14?
Synced my phone, all apps were fine, but this! There’s no trouble shooting info on your website.

Cannot connect all the time. Might as well remove this from the store. Wasting time and effort!
