Good but has some lag
Playing Episode 1 at the moment and loving it! However, I have an iPad Air 2 and experiencing quite a bit of lag and after playing for around half hour it freezes and restarts from last checkpoint. Not to big of a deal but a little annoying.
One of Telltale’s best
This is a great game! I feel like it explores Bruce Wayne’s side of the story which I really enjoy, as last season was more about how Batman coped with Gotham, But now it’s Bruce’s turn. Unlike other Telltale Games, your choices actually matter! The development between the main characters is great, we get a deeper insight in in each of the characters. I do feel like Mr. Freeze was pushed aside though, although I understand they wanted to focus on The Joker. Bane was also a good villain in Episode 2, but later on got pushed aside but that’s my only complaint. The real part that shines about the game is The Joker. He starts off as a nobody, a John Doe. But slowly you begin to see how much of a threat he can become. It puts you in the position of being responsible for The Joker Which I love. It’s a very different take on everything, and I’m glad it is as I like to see a change in stories. Also, the Vigilante Joker And Villain Joker are very interesting, we get a deeper insight into The Joker’s mind and expands on his obsession with Batman/Bruce Wayne. I feel like This Joker can be redeemed and is definitely one of my favourite iterations of the character!
I love what you do with all the games I've played pretty much most games you make unfortunately some of the games including this one I would only play the first episode as I am still in school and don't have money for the next episodes so it's unfortunate that I won't play any more however this one is the most exceptional so far as I really enjoyed the story lines and I assume each episode is about a different enemy which means the story on each episode is long which I enjoy as like some others the episodes can be quite short which does make me question wether the rest will be short and I will pay all the money for a short story in total but this by far is the best I've played and knowing I can play on my phone instead of on the PlayStation as I use a family members play station for that but overall I would suggest to anyone who enjoys games that you don't do as much interaction but get choices etc ❤️
