Great but so many downloads

I really like this game. But it could be so much better if there was more opportunity for the interactivity. Seems there isn’t enough (for me at least).
Also, I hit a certain part and now I have to sit through downloads for more game content every minute or so. It really makes it hard to be able to enjoy the storyline when there’s so much disruption by downloads. “Please wait whilst we download more of the game for you to enjoy”. I would’ve thought it had all been downloaded when I paid for it?

Excellent except so many content downloads

Update; I replayed this from the beginning until the end, and only encountered one short download. Thanks devs for fixing the issue. I really enjoyed this and hope to see more from these devs. It was immersive and a bit creepy.

This is really unique. It’s a crime drama with some interaction. I bought the whole game as was really enjoying it. The acting is excellent, although the storyline is a bit ‘out there’ and B movie (ish). The music is good. You make choices along the way. They didn’t stay long enough to be able to read them before they disappeared, so had to click on whatever was still legible. I don’t get why the devs did that. They should stay on screen until you’ve clicked a choice. I don’t know how long the game is. I’ve been playing for 90 minutes and then...hit a wall of downloads. Every minute another 100% d/l, then another, then another... There’s no way to get the whole content d/l apart from playing the game straight after a d/l only to get to wait for another 100% of content. Don’t know if it’s a bug but I’ve given up on it for now. Life is too short. I just discovered if I came out of the game for ten minutes all the d/ls stopped. But so did my ability to make any on screen choices. With a few tweaks this could easily be 5*, and if the above issues are sorted I’ll up my rating.

A new level of immersive interactive thriller 👍

This is very good. My comments are based on version 1. The first 15 mins is free and then the remainder costs less than a cup of coffee - great value for the entertainment, and clearly stated in the In App Purchases section on the App Store. The game (or is it a movie/experience?) worked perfectly on my iPad Air 2019, no glitches, no bugs. In addition to the commonly-used multi-choice branching storyline approach, the new feature is the real time touch interactions with objects and perspectives on the screen. This adds an amazing organic feel and increases the immersive feeling tremendously. The story is interesting and well written, acted and produced, with enough depth and branching to encourage return playthroughs. But frankly even if you only play through once you're still getting better value for money than renting a movie. The age rating seems appropriate; there is some scariness and it's not suitable for kids. So, turn out the lights, put on your headphones, and immerse yourself in the story...
