What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is one of the most popular health and fitness trends. Instead of a diet, it's an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn't specify which foods you should eat or avoid, but when you should eat.
Today, we eat 3–4 (or more) meals per day, and never feel hungry. This requires our organs to work hard all the time, and never take a break from digesting. Our eating habits may result in obesity and health problems, such as diabetes.
When fasting, your body will detoxify, burn fat and regenerate. After a few weeks, you'll feel healthier and more active.

Create your own fasting plan 13-11, 15-9, 16-10, 16-8, 18-6, 20-4, 23-1, 24, 36, 48, Custom
5+2 Weekly Plan : During the week, eat normally for 5 days, and choose another 2 days for a little control.Women take 500Kcal and men take 600Kcal on fasting days. You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting. It can be performed long-term, gradually turning it into a healthy lifestyle.
16-8 is the most popular fasting plan for weight loss. With 16 hours fasting period, your body will gradually get used to fasting.

Great app for beginners or pros of fasting

I wasn’t really knowledgeable on fasting but I thought I’d give it a go as my eating schedule was all over the place and heard there were some real health benefits (other than losing weight) to fasting. After trying some apps I ended up on this one and to me it is by far the best. Nice and simple to use and an incredibly adorable and friendly design to go with it. There are plans for beginners and more experienced with some free plans to get you going. The premium is incredibly cheap compared to other apps and well worth it with a range of delicious recipes to try. In all honesty they are quite different than what you may be used to but after making a couple dishes they are delicious as well as healthy (who’d a thought?) so give them a go. All in all a great app with some good articles to back up what they say so I trust them. You can even have the fasting plan on your home screen of your phone to see the window for eating and then fasting which is really helpful! Been feeling better lately after giving this a go and gradually increasing my weekly fasting plans, would recommend to anyone feeling bad about how they eat and sleep. It does a whole lot to improve your mental health, trust me! (I don’t eat random junk food in the middle of the night and now I can sleep, wow!) Thanks to the developers of the app for making this and improving my life, good job!

Great app so great i have notes for the app

Just started using it, the plant is lovely, and unlike other apps it's not to brutal and stricked so you will want to do more. Its a brilliant app, The water tracker is good but as we drink lots of diffrent units threw out the day, when logging could there just be the choice of unit not just one fixed unit. I know its a bit of an ask can i please have a fruits and veg tracker, because i never eat enough of them and that would be brilliant.

Simple, friendly, and just nice overall.

I have tried so many of these apps and this one is just nice and simple, friendly, sensibly priced and does pretty much everything I need I’m not looking for lots of complicated and expensive extras.

Wish I could add some different body measurements but other than that it does exactly what I want in a friendly, simple to use but flexible interface.
