Heya, to whoever is out there looking for recent reviews on this game, it’s great. It makes listening to new songs that you normally wouldn’t fun and enjoyable whilst also giving you songs that you love to vibe too as well. It’s satisfying and keeps you on your feet with the harder songs, im still not at that point yet but it’s gonna be fun! Sometimes when I’ve got the hang of a song I can even sing along which makes it even more fun. Also the discord is always active and everyone in there is fun and helpful and encouraging and I really recommend joining it! The community is amazing! I’ve been through a really rough patch in my life recently, im still going through it. And I know it’s gonna sound weird but thank you, to whoever made and helped make this game what it is today, including the community itself. You’ve helped me have a reason to get out of bed each morning, to survive each day just to play a song. My motivation is so little at the moment but having the ability to just play songs and take on leaderboard challenges and the tour pass makes me have just that little bit of motivation and happiness and it’s so precious to me. Thanks to this game, I’m starting to get help and focus on myself and I hope as I get better mentally, I’ll get better at this game because it’ll be alongside me too. I couldn’t rate this game any higher if I tried, it’s perfect. Thank you so so much!

I absolutely love this game so much the graphics are amazing and there is such a variety in songs however there is a couple issues for instance gems are crucial if you want to play the game for more than five minutes but are very hard to acquire unless you pay, I completely understand the game needs to make money but what about getting five gems for every diamond plaque you get on a song or having a wheel that gives you a 10% chance of winning big. On the issue of not being able to play for long the chests fill up so quickly and take at least three hours to complete and sometimes five, this makes it really hard to play the game as it fills up so quick maybe reducing the time and being able to pay something like 150 gems to permanently unlock an extra chest slot. And lastly it would be great if there was an option to just see the songs you and friends shared so you could try beat there scores even if they haven’t bragged or just get extra ahead of them. Overall it is a great game, my complaints are so specific because there are no major issues . Thank you to the Beatstar team for producing such a great game

I use to play this game a few years ago and came back to it recently. For the first 6 months I was really enjoying it until the most recent updates. Now the game glitches makes it annoying and impossible to play at times. The events aren’t fun anymore and most of the time it’s songs you don’t have and when you do compete the rewards don’t feel worth it. Also a common glitch (tbh I feel like it’s more deliberate than anything else) that people are having is the left side doesn’t register half the time, you click it on beat and can hear your thumb hitting the screen but it doesn’t register. Usually it’s in harder songs but is pretty common all around, it feels like a way to get you to use gems/buy more. The cases feel like they fill up too quick and you only get 3 plays and either have to wait 3 or 5 hours to play again (unless you wait to empty all cases but that could mean up to a whole day of not playing as you can only open one case at a time), it would be nice when receiving awards if it felt more rewarding. Maybe higher awards for higher levels because with how long it takes to unlock new cases it feels impossible, when getting a new medal (gold, silver or platinum) you receive 3-5 gems (depending on how hard the song is), in events instead of tokens for a spin you could receive cards for a specific event case where you can unlock new songs. Overall I really do like this game and I would 100% recommend it but there needs to be some improvements
