BEAUTY BAY 4+

Have always used beauty bay! The brand has never lied or gave me false timing of arrival for my parcels. If they are late they always send an email apologising and to explain. I find the products on here are much better then the ones you get in shops. Just to add they do American brands too! So I’m not missing out on anything!! As a makeup artist you need the best possible brands and quick arrives. With beauty bay, you get that!
I would highly recommend using this app, if your very experienced in makeup and know what to use for your skin/hair etc. However, you can always find makeup on here even if your starting out! They give you a description when you click on the item to tell you what it does!!! They do everything on here ranging from high quality makeup and brands to brands that you may never have used before!
I must say, the skin care products on here are spectacular, always work and never faulty! Beauty bay really is the best of the best!!!!

I started shopping on beauty bay using the browser on my phone, when i made my first order i made an account so i could join the tribe and earn points! After a couple of orders and becoming obsessed with beauty bay I decided to get the app to make shopping more convinced.... however im devastated that my wishlist of over 70 items does not show up on the app when im signed in😩 the page always says ‘your wishlist is empty’ so i never bothered using the app since everything i want is in that list and therefore is just easier to use the website instead...Would love the app otherwise xo

I absolutely love beauty bay but I absolutely beg you to not use Evri as your courier! I’ve just spend 60 pound for the driver to just leave it at another address (probably). It’s been two days with no updates so I’m guessing someone has taken it. Driver never even bothered to come to my address. I’m starting a new career and desperately needed the stuff in my parcel and now I’m probably going to have to wait ages to be told it’s lost and either get a refund or a new parcel. Absolutely gutted and feel like BB could do better seeing as Evri is known for being unreliable. Honestly I would be happy to pay an extra couple of quid for Royal Mail or quite literally anything else. And just to add… yes I’ve search around my property and asked my neighbours. Driver pin pointed it at some house up the road which is quite clearly not my address, it’s not even difficult to find 😭
