I ordered something on this app it was amazing it arrived in less then 2 days the only issue is that it was supposed to give me a free gift I don’t know wherever it comes in the delivery or it gets shipped later it’s self but it gave me the stuff I ordered I was just shock on how I didn’t get the free gift I were promised it. I mainly use this app other then SEPHORA for the amazing free gifts you get for ordering I hope maybe it can be delivered to us although it is a good app for makeup !

I’m beyond, beyond shocked at the Customer Service and overall experience I’ve had. I placed an order with next day delivery as I was going out of the country and needed to stock up on a few things, it was meant to be delivered on a Friday, Friday comes and goes, the parcel does not get delivered. I message Customer Service who initially was helpful and apologetic, telling me to reach out again if the parcel doesn’t get delivered by 9 PM and they’ll give me a refund. When I’ve had to message again, I was told to wait for 48 hours for delivery. I would’ve been out of the country in 48 hours, so I’ve had to go and spend mire money to replace the items in this. I had to sacrifice the time I was going to spend with my family to run around like a headless chicken because people couldn’t do their jobs. It’s been a week now since I’ve been trying to get my money back from them, Natalia from the customer relations team needs to be fired instantly, the girl can’t do her job to save her life. She messaged days ago saying I will be receiving a refund, no word about that since, so I followed up again and she’s suddenly asking me to confirm my email (The same one she used to email me at first, so confused why she’s asking to confirm it) to send me a label. What label and for what, only she knows.

I love Cult Beauty and return often.I just sadly found the app to be a bit hard to use today as none of the things I was going for turned up in the search, when literally putting the exact correct brand name and product name into the search field. I had to go find the brand and then look around there, thinking they all might be sold out as they couldn’t be found, but everything was available, so I was a bit confused. Not the end of the world of course, I could get everything I was after today, in the end, this just makes me wonder if it’s worth having the app in my phone, or if I’ll keep using the normal web browser instead.

So my friends bought me a £75 gift card, £25 each! I excitedly purchased £50 worth of items then planned to spend the other £25 at a later date, like you would with any normal gift card. You spend your gift amount as and when you want until it runs out…..A few weeks later, I came back to spend my £25 to see that my gift card was £0!… I contacted customer support and she said “you have to spend it all in one go” I said “ are you joking? 😂 so what’s happened to my £25 I’m owed” she said “you no longer have it but on this occasion as a GOODWILL gesture I’ll credit your account £25” I said “it’s not a goodwill gesture when it’s my money that you owe me, and that my friends put onto the card!” Really embarrassing cult beauty! Never using them again!
