Charlotte has everything one could possibly need for that face we all want ; a face and skin that’s looks more youthful hydrated and deserving of a second glance no matter wat your age!
However I seem to miss every sale for some reason and just can’t afford the 2x things I need the most BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP AND AWAIT HER NEXT SALE WITH BURSTING ANTICIPATION!!!!!
Please Darling Charlotte make it soon I only want / need your eye cream and a miracle cream refill …..,…….. unless u have come up with a saving grace , the dreaded neck cream then it’s 3 things I need and want but on a disabled ‘s pip pension one does struggle but all the more reason to look wonderful …..AGREED OFCOURSE AGREED

I have used these roducts for over 3 years gradually building up my makeup/ skin care collection when necessary. My daughter and two granddaughters also use Charlotte’s products and we all went for afternoon tea and make demonstration on Saturday. Our make up artists were knowledgeable friendly and assisted us choosing the correct products. Thank you so much and my youngest granddaughter Scarlett put her name down to be a model at future events.
Awful App and Poor Tech
Well when this app was first installed CORRECTLY from the Apple Store it worked a treat. Then all of a sudden it emptied my basket and when I attempted to go into check my basket again it logged me out of my account?
I put in my correct email address and password and it keeps stating error with either email address (bizarre since I’m still receiving emails from the company?!), or password.
Well it’s a nonsense as both are correct.
I built up loyalty points in this account and all of a sudden I cannot access it?
I’d returned items for a refund before this account annoyance started occurring.
So now I’m wondering whether this ‘tech issue’ is deliberate to stop you accumulating points etc?
Not a happy customer, and the tech support is terrible with this company. Advising me to change from a legitimate fully working protected browser, and to check I’m im on the UK website. I’m using the app for goodness sake, and if when I used the website it was always the UK site.
It’s not user error. It’s just a terrible experience on the website and app.
And I don’t experience these problems with other high end make up brands and their apps and websites. Go figure.
