Great, if you want to try out mystery shopping

I have been a long time user and I have made quite a lot of money over the years. There are some really good tasks on this and you can make money doing things that you would normally do. Anyway, the only differences you would need to take your phone with you and take a few pics the payment through PayPal, which I’ve never had a problem with and the money always comes through straightaway when you request a cash out. If I have had any issues in the past they have always sorted them out really quickly. The only issues that is not to do with the app it’s more to do with the actual stores has been the security guards. When this has happened, I’ve contacted be my eyes and explain the issue. And I have always been okay. If you are new to mystery shopping or you are a long time mystery shopper and would like to make a bit of extra I would say, give this a try and see how you

This is my 2nd review to update my 1st one over payments, not been a member of be my eye for long so wanted to see how things went and although my 2nd mission had to be done a further 2 times with my pictures not quite been right I have to say I’m really pleased with everything as just checked my account and have been paid for the mission so although I had to rectify the pics again it does give you the option to whether you want to do it again and you only have to do the pics that are wrong rather than the whole mission again. Did another smaller mission whilst waiting for the other to be checked and it was a lot easier what you has to do and was completed and paid very quickly so although they is quite a few reviews saying it’s a scam and probably won’t get paid I can now say after just over a week of joining they is no problems with anything so far, obviously if the pics aren’t right they can’t pay you which is why they do state how perfect some missions have to be, it was well worth having to go back another twice for the amount was paid so very happy with be my eye and the contact they have with you for any problems. Great app!!!

Tried this a couple of times. First time it said I didn’t take photos of all the items. I was in the shop for over an hour (Be My Eye claimed task was 20 minutes). I photographed EVERYTHING listed. But I’ll play this game, hypothetically, how does BME know all the products weren’t there? Maybe because it is getting the photos from people attempting missions then rejecting them for some bogus claim. Nevertheless, I persevered and considered that perhaps I had done something wrong and tried the same task in a different store. For information, task was perfect shelf. This was a much smaller store and I made sure doubly sure I got absolutely everything. Even it being a small store, it still took me almost an hour (BME claimed 20 minutes). So I waited for approval, got to the end of the day, nothing. Next day, still waiting for approval and then I check the app again and it says the mission had been abandoned, even though it said I had submitted it. This is an absolute con. I emailed them to ask why it says the mission is abandoned. No response.I repeat, ABSOLUTE CON. Wasting someone’s time is disgraceful. Especially if people are just trying to earn money perhaps to help them get by. I’m so angry by this.

I waited for 45 mins to see if the mission would finish downloading, but it didn’t. I wasted petrol and over an hour of my time. I still went into the store to carry out the mission by taking photos on my phone. I contacted the help team and explained the situation...gave them photographic proof of the technical error via screenshots and also photo of the store front and images of items. They won’t own upto the technical error, they won’t compensate me for my time and petrol used. They have brushed this off like it happens all the time and not giving a crap that this has happened. For an app that relies on technology and then not owning up-to it when it fails, shows that this company who has no moral compass and does not care about it’s users. I would not recommend this app, I’ve spoken to a few people who use this app, they too have had problems but don’t complain about it. It’s just not right. Don’t give your time to a company who lacks ethics.
