Using Wi-Fi, BeoLink for iPhone controls Bang & Olufsen products and other home automation devices in your home, via the BeoLink Gateway.
You get a simple and intuitive iPhone app built with Bang & Olufsen's exceptional ergonomics and ease of operation, that is an experience in itself.
A simple swipe of your finger changes the channel or raises the volume, without even looking away from the TV screen.
A quick tap and the mood of the room changes completely, including lighting, temperature, music and more.

How can you give bad reviews if you've not used the app with the MasterLink Gateway unit??!! Properly set up with the correct equipment it works beautifully!!
The Gateway is fairly new and lets your Bang & Olufsen kit talk to each other with more functionality and allows it to operate with home automation equipment such as lighting and electric blinds etc. You can also add it to a router and use the wireless on your iPhone or iPod Touch to control whatever is connected without having to be in the same room.
So, unless you have products linked via MasterLink cables and have recently had MasterLink gateway installed and hooked up to your computer network the only thing you can do with the app is view a demo layout of what it could look like.
For all you BeoFans out there keep an eye on the product range, there's some pretty exciting stuff to come!!!

Worth downloading just to get that logo on your home screen!
Just start saving for the Beolink (not to mention the A/V equipment) that it works with. If you have the kit I have no doubt it will work very well as all B&O stuff does.
How cool would it be to control your B&O kit (and other connected equipment) from your iPhone? If only they had built the same functionality into the Serene (their mobile phone). Still, if they had, I wouldn't now have an iPhone!
