Ratings and Reviews
Looks good but how do you access bookings!
Just downloaded the app & it looks good on the surface, but I stumbled at the first hurdle, there is no info on how to login, it just asks for an email & password, but doesn’t have anywhere to set it up!! I’ve searched everywhere on the app & looked at the website, but there’s no info, so I can’t book any classes! Very frustrating & not intuitive at all.
Very Helpful And Easy To Use But Requires Some Editing
The app overall is very good and easy to function. However, the app needs a bit of editing as there are some missing pictures but these are just my design opinions.
In conclusion, the app is very useful and “does what it says on the tin”. GOOD APP.
Booking issues
I’ve used this app for a while and every time I have booked a court and gone through the payment process it never says that the payment has been complete. It stays stuck on a processing payment screen and never completes making it impossible to book a court. I’ve tried multiple times with different cards and same result each time. This really needs to be addressed. Also there’s no where on the app to create an account, I had to phone up the centre for them to create and account for me in order to try and book anything on the app.
