- Desbloquear una bicicleta para poder circular.
- Pagar directamente con el medio de pago asociado.

- Reportar incidencias de manera fácil y rápida

App full of bugs
You can’t register, just sits in a loop saying the new password is incorrect. Tried a dozen different things, different emails. Truly mindblowing how incompetent their programmers are. I hope they paid about 5eu for this development but no doubt wasted millions of public funding to one of Ayusos brothers or something for a rubbish app that doesn’t work.
Urgently needs new technology
Last few weeks has been a complete disaster. The App on my Iphone isn’t responding, impossible to reserve bikes and hardly any bikes are available in my area of Madrid. I have tried to re-download the app but still doesn’t work.
Sadly I have started taking the bus as BiciMad isnt a reliable commuting service anymore
