App keeps hanging
Great idea but app keeps hanging on my iPhone 5s. Hangs for about 20s to a min before then starting to respond again.
Avoid avoid avoid
After much promise and using for 3 months regularly, this app is not fit for purpose.
Cars are not where the app says they are. App does not open cars or start engines. So you will likely be late or miss any appointments. No refunds or credits for any of these mistakes. And if you have no reception then you will be charged €200 mid rental for a pick up truck to move the car to where there is reception - but no signage or warning in car about this and obviously comes as a big surprise to customers.
Worse still only way of communicating is with a phone number that is at your cost in terms of time and money. Many hours wasted for what should be a reliable time saver for sharing cars. Try other providers who have apps and service that are much much better and reliable, and honest with customers.
Good idea but horrible app
I took a ride with one of these cars for trying them out for the first time.
The ID scanning and payment worked perfectly, the car was ok.
First issue was, when I tried to report some damages on the side of the car, the app didn’t recognise where I was touching and I was forced to simply touch “No further damages”, as it was the only button available on that screen.
Then when the time to close the car came at the end of the rental, the app kept being unresponsive and returning “Server error” messages.
After a while, I heard the car lock when I put it “On hold”.
I tried to call the customer service hotline for 10 minutes while the rental was still running for help. Then kept trying by calling the emergency hotline, but again, no chance to contact them. The automatic reply on the phone said they would call me in a few minutes, it has been 20 minutes now.
I wouldn’t recommend using this car service, the payment works flawlessly as expected, but once they have your money, you’re on your own to fix any issues, I don’t want to imagine if I had had an accident and had to call this emergency hotline.
