Easy to use
Very easy to use and was able to track my taxi straight to my door and was on time. Would definitely use again
Shocking service, appalling customer service.
Three times now I’ve booked through the app for a taxi to come the next day, only to be left waiting on the day for up to half an hour. When phoning the operator, I’m told “the car is on the way, it won’t be long” and asked in a demeaning manner “did you book it through the app? Do you know it gives you priority?” Priority, really? After being left for half an hour wondering where my car is, I’m beginning to wonder if their view of priority is somehow different to mine.
This company used to be a fantastic, reliable taxi company. Now, it’s a shoddy, poorly managed shadow of its former self.
Don’t set this app. Don’t go with this company. You will be left waiting, and they won’t even bother to explain what the problem is. I would give 0 stars, but it’s not allowed unfortunately.

Card payment is broken
I can’t pay by Apple Pay or card in the app. Tried three cards from three different banks which all work everywhere else and all were rejected. If you try and do it at the booking stage then it locks you out of the app for half an hour or so.
Used to work fine, they don’t seem to be in a hurry to fix it though. Guess they like being paid in cash best.
