I have used this company since 2021, normally the service is great but if you are on this 4weekly scheme, and you want to change any items or dates this is when their service goes wrong.To cancel and change on line is a nightmare, as I have experienced this week, twice I went on line to change the order to other item but also cancel other products.So I telephoned and the representative didn’t quite understand my request, and once your order goes through to their warehouse you are not allowed to change the orders in any way. So my original wrong order was shipped to me but as back up it was suggested I reorder what I requested in case it can be stopped.The next email I received was from Yodel to say that they have picked up my order from the warehouse, and arrangements were in place to collect the items I didn’t require.Four days later, without telling me they cancelled both orders and gave me a refund….but I was running out of the required veterinary proscription food which you can’t buy off the shelf. So the elderly dog has no prescription dog food so had to reorder with an upto a four day delivery spot.So not very happy and they seemed to be unsympathetic and the urgency of the food.

I have a lot of cats so the door to door delivery is a massive help. Also they offer discounts on different products, and give you stamps to collect to use as cash off future purchases. What’s not to love!!! Try Them! Very Happy Customer.

I have been ordering for a few years now The choices are great the prices competitive and with the added bonus of being able to collect stamp to get a good deal The products are always delivered promptly and are always very well packed The web site is very very easy to use I really wouldn’t shop anywhere else

I love the site, the variety and the prices. It’s the spend and save. It’s unusable and when you have changing needs it needs to be adaptable easily. Also the delivery driver often dumps my order in the road at the end of my drive and a whole £100 order went missing and I got nothing.
