I have rated it a four star because i have one issue i feel that the app is moving too slow
The App is Moving Slow
App is good if can login and manipulate the password field
So this is not a password reset thing it is the interface to login that is not usable. I have Password manager ie keychain on iPhone and it auto populates the password field. My password is such that I have to add an extra word that only I know to the password. This works well in other apps but for some reason in this app it auto populates but I cannot edit the password or move around the password field by clicking in the password field or holding the space bar to add the word. It seems a security overkill, even the paste option is taken away so can’t add the word and paste the password. Can this please be changed as it is totally pointless. Thanks
Do not trust this company
I’ve never felt the need to write a review previously, but sadly this company have prompted me to do so.
Despite meeting all criteria, they seem to withhold airdrop rewards and I suspect manipulate the order book to ensure they sell your tokens at best price before inevitable crash.
I have engaged with their support for over 2 weeks and have provided evidence of my Exfi airdrop eligibility, but they have twice closed down the ticket and offered frankly laughable responses which lead me to believe they haven’t even read my complaints. Still no airdrop received and I doubt ever will be.
If another exchange lists your token of interest I suggest you sign up there and save yourself the hassle of dealing with Bitrue, who do not deserve the custom they attract.
Good luck to everyone waiting for the SOLO airdrop. I will be watching with a sad sense of inevitability as the furore over missing airdrops and miscalculated ratios (in Bitrues favour of course) escalates.
This lot are the very real example of why regulation is required in this space, so thank them when it happens and the market tanks.
