BlackVue Legacy 4+

Since updating to 1.521 app crashes when trying to access SSID/LOGIN now stuck on firmwares generic password after updating to 1.009 as 2.001 will crash ANY dr650 built prior to April 2015 so I had to downgrade from 2.001 to 1.009 and now I'm shafted. Nice one blackvue. Instead of trying to add fancy fandangled things (like a useless cloud system that's no good to anyone if they bought a 650 before April 2015) to a perfectly good system how about someone actually tries the software before releasing an update? And yes I am running iOS 9.2 before you ask

WARNING - don’t buy a second hand Blackvue system until this App is fixed !!!!

I can never understand companies that don’t test their software before making it live. This version does not work! Please put the previous version back on the App store until you sort it out as I cannot use my cameras on 3 cars.

I will sell all 3 systems and change to another manufacturer if this is not sorted fast. Don’t tell me to use the other app as I don’t want an unnecessary account just to use my cameras.

I've fitted front and rear Blackvue dashcams and am really disappointed with the interfacing of this app with my iPhone (6+). If you have an incident you need to review, be sure to note down the exact time because you have to sift through dozens and dozens of one minute sections to find what you're looking for. I can't get a record of the vehicle speed to show in the recorded picture either.
I also downloaded the Blackvue for the Cloud app, and like a fool I believed them when they said you could see your camera's view remotely from your phone. Provided of course that you've left your car parked in a wifi hotspot!
All in all - probably quite useable if you're a space shuttle pilot or a computer programmer. For us mortals, well, if you like a challenge I'd say go download now.
