App keeps crashing
Paid for Flash drive, re-downloaded the app, photos aren’t anywhere to be seen along with the app constantly crashing - sort it out!
App and device rubbish
If I’m paying 30 quid for a hard drive I would expect the app to actually work. Tried to download items but consistently crashes my phone, and once (only a few) are downloaded, they either take 20 minutes to load or my phone crashes again trying to access them. Cant even get to the things I’ve downloaded. The app is really bizarre and isn’t trustworthy with important documents, many I have downloaded are simply not there. Would not recommend.
