Worked well at first! Having problems now
This worked brilliantly at first. About 50% full and started having problems transferring data. Initially I could select multi videos and it transferred ALL one after the other. Brilliant! Then I could ONLY transfer ONE at a time. NOW it won’t transfer at all. Seems to set up the file but there’s no content. I’ve got oodles of space left and the stupid thing simply will NOT transfer anything from phone to idiskk! So, so disappointed.
Read the Instructions carefully!
I made the mistake of downloading huge amounts of data successfully from my i pad, which I could format beautifully and it downloads very fast but then I connected it to my Mac book and lost huge amounts of data. Lesson : format the hard drive FIRST on the Mac and then load data from Mac, I phone or I pad. A bad mistake! But a great device otherwise.
Simply does not work
I have iPhone 15 pro Max despite trying all fixes suggested online. It simply does not show up when plugged in and it doesn’t allow me to choose external drive when attempting to transfer my images. It would help if when you clicked App support that you were actually able to speak to the developers of this app, I am now having to return the storage device. Useless
