Blockchain.com: Buy Bitcoin 4+

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like this is necessary to anyone who was in my situation. I purchased bitcoin because I needed to make a quick transaction but however realised after there was a three day hold so I wouldn’t be able to do it, it was then that I sold it back into GBP, admittedly losing money in the process but I should have read more carefully in hindsight. The hold period is confusing but you will eventually get an email saying it’s over and when you do can transfer and send any funds. It’s confusing learning how to do this but you have to send 1 pound into your gbp wallet on the app from your own bank account to link them to be able to perform the transfer. Once I figured this out, I withdrew my funds and it was in my account within the matter of minutes. A good app once you figure it out but I feel like there needs to be more clear guidelines and help within the app.

It’s appears every time I figure one thing out I then encounter a new issue. This time I have purchased a small amount of bit coin to familiarize myself with the app and instead of the amount appearing in my Bitcoin wallet it has instead gone onto my Bitcoin trade wallet. I have since read up on how there is a 3 day holding period before I can do anything with the funds. I downloaded this app with the intention of sending and receiving Bitcoin but this is impossible to do from the trade wallet so how exactly do I get the funds from the trade wallet to the Bitcoin wallet? Could it be something to do with the 3 day hold period? If so this is most inconvenient and also damaging to my finances if the value of Bitcoin goes down during that 3 day period. Please Blockchain tell me this isn’t gonna be the case each and every time I purchase Bitcoin using your app. I have tried to contact you people via your website but there doesn’t appear to be any sort of contact info on your site so for that reason I cannot raise ticket as you call it in your responses to the many other negative reviews for this app. If there is a contact section on your website I would appreciate it if you can reply to my review with a link to that webpage or give me some advise as to why I cannot use the send/receive Bitcoin function, and again what is the deal with the holding period, is this because I am a new user?

Having had my account for a year or so, and seeing that a particular currency was on the up, I decided to invest some more of my money, the deposit went into pending for 3 days, I contacted their support team( who have now blocked me on Twitter and won’t respond, assuming I’ll just go away) and asked them to cancel the pending transaction, they sent me a link on their telegram account asking me to synchronise my account, I followed their instructions and the money disappeared ( I have screenshots of Everything), since they then suggested opening another account and depositing a £1k into so they could release the missing funds, unfortunately this has not been feasible as they have limited my account to £300 and prevented me from upgrading to the gold account. They then suggested transferring currency from another platform into this account to reach the required £1k, I have managed to open another account with Binance again with an initial trading limit of £250, I purchased ETH and transferred the funds using my wallet ID, and not surprisingly the money never arrived, so they have now lost in total just short of £1500!
They claim to be the “Most Trusted” but to be honest they are the biggest bunch of crooks out there.
MY ADVISE- AVOID AT ALL COST!!!’
