Blockudoku - Block Puzzle 12+

Dear readers when getting an app you want to make sure it is good , so previews and where you look to find advice . Many people just say it is boring or it is great but that is not very helpful so I hope this one is so I will be showing the pros and cons of this app . Ok so her a the cons ,

CONS:
1. Their are quite a few adverts so if you or your child has a short attention span than this app may not work out for them or you.
2. It does not do exactly what it shows in the ads as you can only places shapes in squares

PROS:
1. It is super relaxing if you are finding stuff tough you can count on this app to help you relax
2. It is very entertaining so you will be busy for hours on end
3. It is vey fun as you can participate in many different events and challenges amongst this app
4. It is very easy for your little ones or you as you don’t need much brain power for this
5. It is free and who doesn’t love a good free appp they are some of the best

So now you can see that their is more pros than cons but each side has strong prices of evidence to airport their case so the chose is up to you if I was you I would put your self into your child’s shoe and think if they would like this if you are getting it for them I hope you found this carful so you know whether or not to go a head with getting this app it is free after all the choice is up to you …

Edit: new update has ads interrupting play. I find this highly off-putting when trying to focus. Might be enough to put me off playing. Dropped a star.

I love this app exactly as it is. It’s so fun and challenging. There’s no annoying adverts interrupting your play, you can play an easy or a hard level (daily or main), and you can play for hours or minutes depending on how much time you have. I also love how you don’t need to play all the little “easy levels” like in some apps. So boring. I disagree with ppl saying it’s not good enough being randomly generated, because I’ve played this game while I’m sick with a neurological condition, plus I’ve played it while I’m healthy & well. And my score literally changes by tens of thousands. Meaning I can’t get a high score when sick “because it’s too hard” - aka I’m not smart enough, but that’s not the fault of the game! If you’re smart enough you can get a very high score. The only thing I think is terrible is the advert. I found this game via a search but I recently saw the advert for it while I was playing another game. And it looks sooo crap. It doesn’t look anything like the actual gameplay (which is so much better!) All I can say is lying in adverts is going to target the wrong audience. If I had seen the advert first I would never have downloaded it. Please don’t change the app it’s perfect as it is :)

In terms of the game itself it’s great, I loved the introduction of the bubbles and flowers as it added a fun new element.

As many of others have already commented the ads are excessive. I can understand ads when you have completed a level but recently they have also been appearing mid game. I know there is an option to pay for ad removal but I’m not doing this, it’s a game at the end of the day and there are better things to spend money on. The level and frequency of ads can and should be better balanced so customers aren’t left feeling disgruntled, while you are still earning revenue.

My other gripe is the significant power drain on my battery that this game has. It has definitely become worse than previously and it’s for this reason that I’m considering deleting it from my phone. Having just completed the daily task plus 3 event puzzles, the game is showing as having used 53% of my battery! In comparison, the next highest battery usage is 14% for Safari which I have used a lot more today than I have used Blockudoku.
