I think you guys should fix the problem we’re when you want to delete your account your cards can just disappear after that when u just want to log in again you can put your cards back on and like that when you log in you guys don’t keep the information I say you delete the cards straight away when a person logs out off there account over all it’s ok but I keep missing stuff like today I ordered Kfc and I was missing my mayonnaise they just give you the wrong items sometimes like they give you the wrong drink or the wrong sauce you guys need to fix that and you guys need to fix the time like it says the courier is gonna arrive at like 20:30 well it never arrives that time it could be late and your food gets cold after a hour that’s all I had to say thank you pls reply

Okay, some annoying features
Used this to get food when passing through Limassol.
Good selection of food / restaurants. But…
1. Weird queuing system where the restaurant makes your food and only then do they look to find a courier so it is all by definition colder / slower. It didn’t fill me with confidence and some other reviews highlight longer delays than I had
2. Trying to delete account. This should be simple. I am leaving Cyprus, just delete it. But I get endless automated notes asking me to do ever more cryptic things. Last one referred me to some email that never arrived. Really annoying. You don’t have the right to my business so just delete it. Really annoyed me this
So many issues
They’ve had so many issues with my account where a restaurant makes my meal and then it takes over an hour to hook me up with a courier (when it finally matched it picked a courier on the other side of the city for a restaurant 2 minutes from me! During this time they processed 20 normal orders for other customers without this issue); but the worst of it is that the customer service never gets back to you. I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours since I ordered and both the restaurant and I have been trying to speak to bolt because they aren’t connecting us to a rider and no one will get back to us or help us. The restaurant have had to send their own rider in the end, what the hell is the bolt comission for then?
Swapping to Uber eats because even though it’s more expensive you actually get your food and aren’t treated like a joke.
