BPsite gives key Business Pilot features in app form, making managing sales, surveys, installations and service calls on site even easier.
Business Pilot is the cloud-based CRM and installation business management system built by installers, for installers.
Seamlessly connected to the Business Pilot cloud system, BPsite makes easy work of managing installations on site, with the key Business Pilot features you need whilst you’re out and about.
Use BPsite to get contact information and contract details, manage your diary, access the Google Maps integration, view, download and upload documents and images, mark jobs as complete and so much more…
And don’t worry if you’ve got no signal – do what you need to do whilst you’re on site and once you’re back online, everything will sync up.
What’s New
Version 2.1
Enhancements:
- The app is now showing all telephone numbers and email addresses stored for a particular job and contact
- The app now displays if a job is "virtual" or "showroom" and hides the map to avoid any inference the customer needs to be visited.
- Added the ability to mark a sales appointment as "ongoing"
Bug fixes:
- Images being rotated sometimes when selecting “Add photo from device”.
- We previously sent the geolocation data to Apple Maps to locate an address, this was occassionally resulting in the wrong address being shown. Now we send the actual address through to Apple Maps to ensure taht the correct address is displayed as the destination.
- Duplicate notes and notifications were being created for a single note.
