Bramley Village Health and Wellbeing Centre offers online services via our smartphone app and web portal as well as offline services via our three sites in Leeds: Bramley Health and Wellbeing Centre, Cottingley GP Surgery and Middleton Park GP Surgery.

Terrible, not user friendly in the slightest.
Tries to sign up, more buggy than walking through a field of flies. I wouldn’t even bother. When you can tell the developers are the only people to rate 😂
