Amazing!
What an amazing App / Company! Easy to book and use Apple Pay or a card of choice or cash. The app is always updating where your taxi is / if on way and then your journey to where your going. You get an automated phone call to say your taxi is pulling up. First time using app and I must say I am so so impressed! Taxi driver was brilliant too!
Streamline
Good App sadly the card charge part failed twice today and had to pay over phone
Needs tipping AFTER the journey is complete
All in all it worked. However hte GPS sent the driver to the wrong pick up location - awkward in an area you don’t know. The estimated cost ended up 10% over - on an absolutely optimal journey. And most annoyingly you can’t tip the driver after your journey (some taxi apps do allow this) - I’m never going to tip automatically before the journey has even started.
