Stopped working

As per other reviews, the app won’t let you get redirected to the website so you have to use the web version instead. Renders the app pointless until fixed.

Update:

Back up to five stars after a very helpful email from the app developer that I will simply paste below for everyone else struggling.

Hi, We are really sorry you are having problems using the app :(. Apple introduced a new requirement for apps call App Tracking Transparency which we introduced a few versions ago. Unfortunately, Apple will not allow us to allow users to redirect to retailers without this. But, I think we can resolve your issue with the following few steps. Firstly, close the app. Next, head to Settings on your iPhone. Scroll down to "Privacy" (its normally located just below the "Battery" option) and click this option. On the next menu, select the "Tracking" option. Then On the next screen, at the top, there should be an option "Allow Apps to Request to Track" option - please ensure this is set to ON. Then scroll down to the "Executive Club" app and ensure that this option is also ON. This should set your device to allow tracking through the app when you select your retailer, so please go ahead and open the app and try again. This should now allow you through to the merchant site without askiing for tracking again. Many thanks."

Revised review

I did give the app just one star because it suddenly became impossible access retailers websites from the app to collect Avios. It sent me to settings to allow cookies. But these are already allowed and I was stuck in a loop and couldn’t see how to get from the settings to the retail websites. I got the following helpful advice in response to my review which has resolved this problem:

Not working since last update

Since the last update, this app is not working properly as it did before. When I clicked on a retailer, I get the option to Decline or Allow to Settings option. This is a new function Allow to Settings. When I click that, it takes me to settings and the BA app settings. But no options to click approve or accept!
I’m having to log in via the website instead of the app.

Can this be sorted please? I use this app regular and it’s a pain having to log in the website and not the app! Might as well just delete the app. Thanks
