You can place the booking directly on our map, and see how many available cars there are.
No standing in the rain. Track your car as it arrives on a map, or call the driver when they are nearby. No more guessing where your cab might be.
Place bookings hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you.
If necessary, cancel your booking at any time. It takes seconds to place a new booking directly from the handy favourites list.
Having integrated SMS booking, we've now launched this intelligent iPhone App so you can book a taxi within 3 screen taps.

It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Good idea but needs work
Love that you can book a taxi using the app and track its progress to you. My only criticism is that linking a debit/credit card to the app doesn't work. If this was fixed I would use the app for every taxi I needed.
Great and Honest Service
I would like to sincerely thank Brookfleet for a number things that they did when I lost my wallet on Sunday evening. Firstly they said that they would investigate. Which they did and they contacted me on several occasions to update me on progress. This resulted in an early morning call from Brookfleet to the driver (sorry about waking you Jasbire). Jasbire found and returned my wallet. So again thank you to Jasbire, Rianna and all the Brookfleet staff. First rate professionalism and honesty. I look forward to using your company in the future and thanking Jasbire personally. George
Used to be great now buggy
Can no longer add multiple dropoff/pickup addresses.
Bug where cannot make future bookings from some locations because date selector thinks you are requesting journey for now.
Mandatory house number required even for places without.
