Excellent service
I regularly use this service to travel from home (Leamington Spa) to Warwick University and back. It’s reliable and fast and when I see the crowded regular buses, I feel very grateful that it exists.
Good app but service not reliable
The app is great and when you can get a bus it works brilliantly. The issue is that often, particularly at times when you’re likely to want to use it, ie peak times, there are no buses available. You can’t rely on it to get to work sadly, otherwise I would use it regularly.
Disappointed
I tried to set my “home” up and apparently it’s “out of zone” when it’s clearly part of the west midlands and when I tried to work around the problem and just set the destination and hope it shows me the way from there, it refused to show me any available bus routes because my area is apparently “out of zone”. What exactly is considered “the zone”.
