Absolutely pointless

I figured this would be like other cat hire apps and allow you to sign up and store your journey details for quick retrieval when neededYou can’t. You have to manually enter your name, email & (quite long) reference number every time you want to look. What is the point!? It’s quicker to retrieve your email with the details on it (which you’d need to do anyway because the app doesn’t store details of bookings unless you can remember long numbers)Total waste of time

Tried to log in and entered all my details, just got the wheel of death for 2 mins then kicked me out. Tried again and double checked my booking ref was correct and same fault. Just a waste of time. If they can’t get a simple app right what does it say about the company. One star is generous

Leeds bloke
You contact budget by telephone and they direct you to the app informing you you can amend your current agreement however this is not possible. 45 minutes on hold on the phone and the app doesn't work. Budget is there a disappointing .
