Description
BYD APP: a smart car app carefully designed for car users BYD APP provides users with a number of services such as remote control and car condition inquiry, bringing users smarter, convenient and worry-free car experience.
Features available include:
Check vehicle range and power level.
Check tire pressure of the vehicle.
Check whether doors and windows of the vehicle are closed.
Turn on A/C in advance to make the temperature inside the car more comfortable when you get in.
Turn on the Seat Ventilation or Heating in advance to make the seat temperature more comfortable.
Remotely lock/unlock your vehicle.
Find your vehicle in the parking lot by flashing lights or honking.
More new features will be available in subsequent versions. Stay tuned.

Ok but needs improving
After having issues with getting the app since collecting the Atto 3 at the end of November I finally got the app to work after contacting BYD to tell them that I noticed that the built in sim did not work , now that we are able to login the app itself is a bit basic to what I have been used to there is no send map to the car option for sat nav there’s no indication that the car is in fact locked or unlocked just states normal with door windows boot closed also as mention by another reviewer the indicated range is in Km’s and not in miles here in the UK which would be better so come on BYD make the app region pacific and change it to miles for us Brits and take a look at the BMW app you can learn a bit from it
Needs a update
Lost the option of breakdown and dealers, not shown up again after doing updates. Needs option for range in miles, would be nice to be able to send destinations to the car for the satnav and a find my car option. Would be good to have 2 people to sign into the app. Hopefully will improve on next update.
Needs miles for UK
App is ok. Not a lot of functionality compared to the car but good MVP. Really really needs miles for the UK. And ability for more than one login. We managed to do it with biometric settings switched on so your face data logs you in instead of having to manually type a password each time.
