Not a great App

I’m really struggling with this since changing from pure card. I can’t seem to log in as I’m always having to change my password and then it fails to recognise me so once again I’m unable to get in despite resetting
My password three times already this morning and deleting the app and reinstalling it on my phone. I also find when I go into the app that my balance is always showing zero and the only time I can see how much money is on my card is if I go to top up. can this be improved as it’s so frustrating it makes me want to get rid of the card!

Slow and awkward

Trying to find out if you get a discount in a certain store is painfully slow. First of all the app takes forever to boot up and log you in, forget it if you don’t have a good signal. Then it will take a while to sort itself out and tell you how much you might have in you account.
Finally you get to the ’Retailers page’ and half the page is an advert! The other half is impossible to scroll through with any clarity. Try the search function, if the store you’re searching for isn’t there it won’t say so, it just leaves you hanging on a blank page wondering whether the internet has gone down again!
In the end you just try the card in the shop and see if it works, and more commonly it won’t because there isn’t a discount to be had so you then have the embarrassment of having to use another card.

Awful experience

I’m not sure how you create such an awful user experience. It’s difficult to sign in, it forgets your password and user name but also has strict rules about passwords which makes your password unmemorable and your user name different to your email address so also unmemorable. Face ID works for a bit then stops working so you have to go back round the password reset and remind me of my user name loop. When scrolling through retailers it regularly freezes and kicks you out of the app. Things that are so easy to fix, most apps have a really straight forward sign in process which is compatible with apple password manager, just do that. And fix the bug that makes it freeze. Think this company needs to invest in an app development team with a bit more experience.
