Units
The app is much easier to use than website. It knows the booking ref and doesn’t ask as many questions.
I stopped using it in the Uk as units are not miles and British Pound.
Also will be nice to have a separate tab for cancellations. Or just somehow highlight it has been cancelled. Otherwise is perfect.
Ok to use
The app is ok to use however I hire out my caravan for drop off only. None of the check list questions are relevant as they are all focused on campervans.
I constantly get customer enquires however I never get a response back to any of my questions. There needs to be a prompt to remind customer to respond to messages
