Misleading prices in dayview
The prices they show in the search results are miles off from the final price. If you are a new user don’t get too exited by the “from ££ per day” price. After they add all the fees (booking fee, service fee, vat) + the “from” price per day can double in some cases you are talking about 3-4 fold from the initial price indicated on the “from per day” button. Frustrating user experience!
Don’t use this company!
Don’t be fooled by these vans. I rented the Renault Master from the Filipovs and it was not fit for use either mechanically, layout and cleanliness. I lost a 17 day holiday I’d waited 11 years for and planned for a year with my Grandchildren. I’d paid for 5 flights and 5 campsites in full plus the cost of the rental. Go to a main dealer that can be trusted!
