• GRADING: Browse submissions and provide feedback to your students with a new and improved mobile SpeedGrader embedded in this app.
• COMMUNICATING: Send announcements and messages (including "Message Students Who..."), and participate in course discussions from the palm of your hand.
• UPDATING: Need to change a due date? Or publish an assignment? Or fix a misspelling? Canvas Teacher allows you to update your course content.

Ratings and Reviews
I like canvas
I like canvas. I find it easy to use. Two areas that could be improved
1) it would be good if you could upload files directly from your phone.
2) you should be able to email groups within people.
Marking students’ work
I was puzzled why I could use the speedgrader but not put the mark in. I’m wondering if it was a formative assignment . Actually, when I use speedgrader through Safari, it shows more options which are different when doing it through the app itself. I presume this needs fixing since it doesn’t display the same option and the student can’t see feedback until I go through Safari and put the mark in. I had a row with my manager because she said I should have gone to training to find out it doesn’t work whereas my argument was, the app should work on iPad Pro in the same way it works on the laptop.
Annotating in full screen would make this 5*
Literally the only thing I’ve been waiting for; for 2 years now, is to be able to get rid of that waste of space blocking half the screen while annotating in landscape or portrait.
Even the screenshots of the app show the whole assignment as full screen, when in portrait… however I can’t figure out how I’m supposed to hide that right pane when marking.
Please someone tell me they’ll put a button in to hide that pane. 😂
