Great!
Very simple to use with a nice almost-minimalist style. Once tasks are completed it may take some time to refresh if marked as repeat however.
Easy to use and essential for any small business
I needed to do 2 things. Make sure I followed up every enquiry and keep track of all new enquiries too.
I felt I didn’t have the time to complete our day to day work AND be the salesman bringing in new work. It’s what we call growing pains.
Capsule has changed all that!
Once I linked to sage and inputted current leads, it’s a doddle. Every day is organised and I don’t miss calling or emailing anyone. And the big plus, I allow myself just and hour each day to keep up to this and the rest of the day is mine to carry on completing work.
If you work on your own or with a small team then this is a MUST if you’re serious about growing your business. Sensibly priced with no yearly commitment too.
Just can’t get enough of this! Brilliant.
Best CRM by far
Tried a few CRMs and so far Capsule is my favorite. Easy to use and customizable. I like that I can see all the email and call history in the app and know what meetings I have coming up. The mobile app is as functional as the website version which makes it useful when I’m not in the office. 10/10
