Useless
This has been released and it’s not fit for purpose.
I load companies and start scrolling and within seconds there’s a blank screen. I log out and in to start again. This time I try the Search feature, but you can only type one letter before the keyboard disappears..
An App should be a priority these days.
Promise. But feels neglected.
The August 2015 update showed promise but the app seems to have been neglected as there haven't been any improvements since then and the app is still not working well enough to motivate us to use it. My experience results in the odd crash, unintuitive interface and not being able to easily go through a list of leads to contact people. It just has the feeling that they released the update in August and unfortunately haven't since given it the attention it deserves. Big shame and having a CRM on the phone that makes it easy to call a list of prospects would be fab. Unfortunately this app doesn't make the process that easy. It would be nice for nutshell to invest more resources into it and to carry out more user testing to make it more efficient to use and to iron out the bugs.
Crashing, Alot
This crashes so much after loging it that it is unusable, sorry but much operational improvement needed
