Will take money off you no problem and let you withdraw small winnings for months, but if you're lucky enough to have a decent win they'll block withdrawals pending verification (still allowing more deposits, funny enough). This is common with gambling apps but what's different with Casumo is it's not a simple case of passport and proof of address - they also require PROOF OF REGULAR SALARY via payslips and the figures must match income on your bank statement. Good job I'm actually working full time as they don't tell you you must be in receipt of regular salary from an employer on sign up! A long winded excessive process none the less: passport, bank statement, separate proof of address even though this is included on the bank statement, payslip and a video recording! Then wait a few days, just to withdraw your winnings. Once verified, withdrawals are SLOW, it takes a couple of days for them to process then a further couple of days to show up in your account, some other apps have withdrawals in your bank within hours. Nice app though, decent games, good graphics and you can win, but more than likely will be down overall as the casino always wins! Not uncommon to see 10 reds in a row on roulette or 100 spins on the slots without getting on the board!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a betting app. They had absolutely no problem letting me deposit and spend money straight away, but the moment I actually win, suddenly there are endless “verification issues.” I spent hours sending and resending My verification kept getting denied over and over with no clear explanation. I spent hours dealing with this, constantly going back and forth. Eventually, they finally say my verification is complete… only for me to check later and see my withdrawal has been CANCELLED.When I contacted customer service, they tried to tell me the money was “on the way,” which is just straight-up misleading when the app clearly shows the withdrawal was cancelled. It honestly felt like they were trying to gaslight me instead of actually resolving the issue.Customer service is lazy and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t even try to find real solutions or escalate problems properly — just generic responses to get you off their back. Almost as if they no what they’re being paid isn’t with the hassle At this point, I genuinely don’t trust the positive reviews on here. They don’t reflect the experience I’ve had at all. In my opinion, they seem fake and that’s very clear .Save yourself the stress and stick to more established betting apps. I still haven’t received my money either, which says it all.

Honestly, I cannot recommend this app enough! I'm a new user and already obsessed. There's such a great variety of games to choose from—it really keeps things exciting.
