Great well rounded health app

I downloaded this app for the week trial and it’s been on my phone ever since. I personally use it for the healthy meal plans as I have a personal trainer. Every one I’ve tried has been tasty and some even impressed my teenage son. The app is easy to use. The meals have plenty to choose from and you can filter for some dietary needs. It’s easy to plan your week and if there is a meal in the plan you didn’t fancy you can swap it.

So what’s bad? My only complaint I have had is with the ingredients. Being in the UK has meant I’ve had to ignore some meals because of differing seasons. This is normally easily enough done but the current wait loss plan has a guest trainer with a strict meal plan, meaning I can’t swap what was planned for the dinner one night to something else. For example there is a mouthwatering aubergine and pumpkin lasagne but pumpkin is out of season and extremely difficult to obtain. What I’d like to see is substitute options making the app more viable in all countries.

Fantastic start, I hope it lasts!

Really, really, really impressed with the app so far! A few of the reviews have critiqued this for not having enough workouts or not having the God of Thunder himself, or being too expensive. At the end of the day, this has JUST been released, you have experts from a much wider range of fields so, it’s better, plus if you have subscriptions to separate apps covering the same areas it costs a LOT more, I can attest to that. You save in the long run.

Saying all of this I do have initial concerns regarding longevity of the model so wrote to them, they have reassured me this is just the start there will be fresh content and even on day 2 you can see more has been added. Granted this does need to be put to the test. There is a niggle of doubt saying that over the long term, focusing on variety could jeopardise sustainability (in many ways). I hope this is not the case and my doubt can be put to rest.

As I say, a fantastic idea, so far a great pragmatic, engaging and organised method to keep people fit and healthy. I really, really hope it continues to maintain, and develop, the standard over time.

After my first workout I had to go lay down because I nearly been sick but I know that’s my body’s way of telling me that I’m doing my workouts right.

This app is so worth the money you pay for it. Working out, eating healthy surely does make you feel better within yourself knowing you’re looking after yourself the right way. I’m so glad that Chris has made such an app available with just everything you need on it, with his personal trainers on it as well. It makes everything more enjoyable because they know exactly what they’re doing. If you feel like you need that extra push to do something, to get something done download the Centr app today, it’s only £15 a month. It’s an amazing app for people like me. I don’t like leaving the house that often because of my social anxiety meaning I don’t like going to the gym at all but this app allows you to stay at home, you can do everything at home and that’s why I love it so much. He did an amazing job with creating Centr.
