Healthier lives makes no sense and takes away from visit. After an arms worth of checks and a mandatory message. Healthier lives. If a person doesn’t have a catheter in morning they won’t at tea time. That’s care plan info. Sudden changes to health has to be reported. Blood in urine etc. pointless being there as well. It would also be logged in text.

The app in principle is really good & enables family to view visit details remotely, however 8/10 it doesn’t work properly at all. Visit logins are not available, details are not synced up correctly & in a timely fashion. Today, the visit is not showing at all! Not great for family who rely on the information about a relative with dementia! Sort it out I would happily give 5 stars! Adjusted to 1 star, consistently issues logging in. After the most recent update, I can no longer see any visit information at all. Makes the app completely useless!

Logs you out, makes you log back in like you are a first time user. Once in information isn’t there or is missing and isn’t updating the visit times. Yesterday said visit would be 9.25, kept checking as meant to update but then said has no visit due. Eventually could see been at 7.25. This information should be there for caters to see. Can’t get history to work.

None of my many financial apps ask me to log in using my full credentials, nor insist I reset my PIN every time I do so. Highly annoying, given the amount oftimes I’m checking my rota due to lack of communication from the coordinators.Moreover, what’s the point of allowing me to edit my profile picture if I can’t actually save it?
