Above & Beyond Customer Service
I’ve been using Chatbooks from the UK for a year now to document the first year of my son’s life. I ordered 4 volumes without any problems but encountered some issues with the order of my images getting mixed up (& even missing photos all together) when volume 5 was completed. I must say that while it was quite frustrating to have this happen, the customer service that I received when reporting and rectifying this issue was superb. I dealt with the same person from start to finish and truly felt like my project mattered to them. I am pleased to say that my book was corrected and re-printed for free. I am incredibly happy and would recommend this app to everyone - well done chatbooks team!
Wonderful
I have two volumes already and I’m so happy I started. Well worth the money (I pay extra for the hard cover) having your best photos compiled systematically like this. I use the favourites folder on my phone rather than social media and it syncs very fast. It forces me to keep reviewing my photos and choosing the best ones which keeps me organised. The books are beautiful and the paper is very good quality. Really recommend if you’re afraid all your photos will just stay stuck in your phone or computer forever.
