Outstanding service - highly recommended!

Firstly I have to say this is one of the best company’s I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I love the casual and friendly way they engage on the app and by email. Based on other reviews I’ve read, They seem to do the right thing by the customer every time. I had a slight issue as I inadvertently placed the same order twice. They were so quick to respond to my queries and went out of their way to resolve the problem way beyond my expectations.

The tiles are a great addition to any room, I love my set of 6 which arrived exactly when they said it would.

I’ve seen a few people complain about bad cropping (to which the company have always responded by sending new tiles, no questions). My tip here would be to use the square feature on your phone to ensure you are submitting perfectly square photos, this way it can’t go wrong.

I love the sticky backs which enable you to move them around to find the perfect position without damaging walls. I bought my first tile last year and it’s been on an uneven wall since then, no problems.

One piece of feedback on pricing, I don’t like that you must buy the first 3 tiles at £49. It’s expensive if you only want one or two as gifts. In the past the tiles were just £9 each as I bought one individually as my first order last year.

Otherwise I’d give you 6 stars if I could!

Excellent!!!

I read a few negative reviews after making my first order and was a little concerned as I awaited their arrival. They came today and I could not be more pleased! The quality of the printing is superb, with accurate colours and a quality finish. None of the poor cropping problems raised in some reviews had occurred, no doubt helped by me submitting Instagram shots, which are correctly squared. I haven’t checked out the sticking quality yet but this was not the main attraction for me, although will clearly be a bonus if that works well. If you are a keen Instagramer or using Prisma, this is a fantastic medium for displaying your work. If you’re simply looking for some family or holiday shots, just get them properly cropped (squared off) before you submit and you need not be disappointed. Must go, I’ve another order to put in. The most brilliant product and customer service out there!

I have never been impressed by a company enough to write an unprompted review, but these guys are just outstanding! There were a couple of hiccups in delivering my order due to their delivery partners (who are nowhere close to Mixtiles’ standard), and not only did the customer service constantly follow up to resolve the issue, but also gave me a full refund without even asking for it! And the product itself was worth the wait. It is exactly how it’s advertised-great quality photos, and effortlessly easy to stick. I am definitely spreading the word for Mixtiles far and wide! My only suggestion is to work with your partner delivery company to improve the last mile experience. Other than that, it is one of the most customer centric company I have seen.
