It seems that the app has a lot of potential if you fix basics. The design is quite intuitive and clear, which is the only positive about the app.
The issue is that it hardly works!
1. It stops working if you need to attach a document submitting your claim. It either shows an error or logs you out of the app. So to submit a claim you take a picture of an invoice or/and medical reports with your phone, upload pics your computer and only then you can submit the claim using a laptop or desktop. What’s the point in having an app then?
2. You can’t download documents and read messages/notes about your claims.
3. “Remember me” button is just a useless decoration, since the app never remembers you.
And these are just first impressions after two uses.

It’s almost 2024, it’s embarrassing to show all your clients, that you can’t develop a proper app and don’t want to invest a couple of bucks in it! You are like 15 years behind at the moment.

The app is slow and unresponsive a login, every time you open the it you need to re-enter your details (you need to remember the number of your policy), this is just an inefficient way to access the web site. I believe that for the amount I pay as one of my quarterly premiums one could have developed a better app.

I read the previous poor reviews and decided to test the app despite them (surely this app could not be so bad...)

So I downloaded it, and found that I could not even enter in my saved password (I use a password manager called Dashlane). I tried multiple times and multiple ways and still could not enter it.
So I gave up and deleted the app. Turns out the other reviews were correct! I was stunned... this is a billion dollar company. They need to get this right!!!
Very disappointing.
