Terrible update

The old app was fine -the latest update is terrible; takes a long time to log in; even after I rebooted still unable to log in - there s an old saying - if it ain’t broke don’t fix it- unfortunately this applies to the latest update - wish Citi hk could bring back the old app which never created problems - this update is simply a disaster

Great Banking App

The Citibank HK app is getting better and better. It looks nice and getting a lot of useful new features. You can clearly feel that the bank is now taking much more care of the app. Would love it when you can open new products like funds etc. with a few clicks in the app. Thanks for the work.

Default account for payments

New app layout is good.

Request: when making a transfer, the debit account is defaulted to a savings account. Each payment hence requires manual selection of current account / DDA. No way to change this default debit account permanently.

Request an update to default debit account for transfers to DDA, or provide a setting so users can manage this.
