WHEN IS THE IOS 13 UPDATE SUITABLE

Hello,

There needs to be an update ASAP that supports the IOS 13 developers who are running on IOS 13. The app keeps crashing for us please fix. Thank you besides that it’s an excellent efficient and safe banking app! Probably one of the best out there that I’ve used so far.

Below- standard chartered

This company let alone this app literally cannot do a thing right. The amount of my life I've wasted in queues, on the phone, re-entering my passwords and information is inconceivable.
Their ideas of security are convuluted and illogical , they do not have the safeties and options of other corporations thier size. Interface is awful, procedures are awful, the bank cards are awful.
Every single thing with Standard Chartered is a farce; I am currently writing this as I wait for the app to update itself for the second time, which is, well, Standard. I absolutely hate this bank and I would not wish what I've endured with them on my worst enemy.

Meaningless force update

The app act as OTP for online banking, however, the developer always force user to update to new version which only provide meaningless UI change which happen once a month, which makes user unable to login online banking until update to new version, which is not always possible or have time to wait
