The App always requesting re registration
I have been using this app for a while now. The App is almost always asking one to register that the app has been reinstalled. I called your helpdesk but those ones are almost always ignorant of whatever is going on and barely offer any solutions. Impossible to state the number of times I have had to re register on the app. I have reinstalled the app at least once but nothing changed. Please sort it out! This is very frustrating.

Other currencies account at your own risk
I have been a bonafide customer of the bank since 2021, I have been operating an NGN account smoothly before signing up for a USD account. Attempts to upgrade the USD account have been abortive as they keep rejecting references from other current accounts and not salary accounts from other banks. If you don’t have anyone using a current account with them please don’t open a current account, especially in other currencies, because you are not safe. My money has been frozen and the effort to reach them by phone, mail and X is still zero. The customer care number is just a dial-up digit, nobody will attend to your call. The customer complaint mail is the worst, never expect a quick reply after a message… I was told to walk in for the closure but they never remembered that they were not in an state. I lived in diaspora but X agent insisted I should walk in. Thou, this platform is for app review, but I think it is also the best place to share opinions for those who care to read the review

Getting worse for me and now unusable
I had been using the app with reasonable satisfaction until Dec 2022. Then I started to get the regular deregistration problem mentioned in many comments here, but apparently never fixed. Like others, I just went through the tedium of reregistering each time. Now the system is no longer sending the one time passcodes to my phone required to reregister. Also, I now cannot get past the registration dialogue, so I am locked out of the app and it is now unusable. My phone still works for other mobile banking text messages like login and for online banking OTPs - so it’s not a problem with the phone or wrong number. Just poor engineering. Get a grip, please.
