Can be improved

It works pretty much good, please fix the issue in viewing the transactions using the date range. It shows only last 10 transactions irrespective of filter criteria.

The App of hurdles

I spent hours going around in circles to get into my account today.

I followed all the instructions and the final screen asks me to reload same information again and again. This has gone on for more than three hours.

The staff tried to help, no avail. Even the Manager contacted, I recited the required information while I was filling the account information again and again, same end, error message.

Problems- too many screens, long time to fill up each screen, look for the OTP on email, come back to the same screen again.

I have no similar problems in logging into UK Banks or cards.

Advise: Reduce the steps to get into the account without any screen changes.

Meanwhile please allow me to use the phone service as before to deal with transactions and transfers.

Improvement requests

1. Redesign mobile app to declutter. On login total billed and unbilled amount shall be shown. Due date for payment shall shown each dates. Detailed statement shall be shown on clicking on billed or unbilled balance

2. Please add option to change internet banking password from the mobile application. The condition to allow password change as following

-Touch ID authentication
-Current login password

3. Please add option to analyse the spending by simply graphical form.

4. Add option to request for increasing the credit limit on mobile application and internet banking.
