See AllContinually asks for password. Tedious to point of inducing violence
Like many others who have reviewed this app, I have no choice but to use this for my work email. About once a week the app tells me I need to authenticate and then we get into this vicious circle whereby I input my password again and again and get nowhere. Then I try to delete the app and reinstall it and again get asked for login credentials again and again and get nowhere. Some of the reviews pointing out this issue date back years. Citrix clearly don’t give a monkeys or they would have fixed it by now. I feel close to violence. I bet the writers of Black Mirror could make a great episode based on this app.
Forever reinstalling
Clunky app which requires several other apps to be installed, the Hub doesn’t really seem to do anything.
Constantly asking for passwords, often having to type in multiple times before it works. Often also comes up with “Connection timed out” errors, requesting me to connect back to the Hub (when I was already logging into the Hub). The only fix for this is to reinstall which means you lose all of your settings/email signature if you have one.
I really wish I didn’t have to use this software but I have to for work!
Clunky and terrible User Experience
Have to use this for work as it's necessary but this app needs logging into constantly. You bounce around from one citrix app to another and get stuck in loops. Like the other reviews with every update you end up having to delete most apps and then reinstall to get them working. Considering the updates are frequent this is annoying. Probably the worst set of apps I've ever used. Very surprising for a company like citrix, who clearly don't care about there reviews considering the other comments on here!
